Many greened spaces were initiated under the Quartier 21 mandate in order to increase rain water permeability as well as vegetation on the block.

This garden is one of a number of spaces that was greened on the Quartier 21 block in 2009.

This project is funded by the Green Fund as part of Action 21 of the 2006-2012 Action Plan on Climate Change of the Government of Quebec.
